We are based in Office No.11 at the Shiv Triveni Galleria. That’s at Plot No. 13 in Sector 8, Sanpada. It’s a pretty standard office building in a busy part of Navi Mumbai. We don’t have a huge space, just enough for a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. We deal with international trade, so there’s always a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different time zones. It can get a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just handle it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to get the job done right. The hallway in the Galleria is always buzzing with people from other businesses. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee because the days can be long. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of data to enter into the system. It’s not a glamorous life, just a lot of logistics and tracking numbers. We don't have any fancy slogans or anything. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The office gets a bit messy with all the documents spread out, but we manage. It’s a practical place for a practical business.
