If you’ve ever spent time in Pawane, you know how the MIDC area gets. It is a mix of heavy trucks, dust, and people just trying to get through the shift. At Brite Coatings Pvt. Ltd., located at C-352, we’ve seen the area change over the years. Our workshop isn't fancy. It's a place where we get our hands dirty with different types of industrial coatings. Most mornings start with checking the stock and seeing what orders came in late the day before. The machines have their own rhythm, and you get used to the smell of the chemicals after a few minutes. It is just a regular industrial setup where we focus on getting the layers right on whatever metal or part comes our way. Sometimes the power goes out, or a delivery is late because of the traffic in the TTC area, but that is just part of being here. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist; it’s mostly just us in the back working. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. It is a noisy place, especially when the fans are running to clear the air, but it feels like home to most of us. We have a few regulars who stop by for their batches, and we usually end up talking about the local traffic or the weather while we load things up. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
