Our office is up on the 6th floor of L & L Correira'S Pride in Margao. Being near the South Goa Dist. Hq makes it easy for folks to find us, though the parking can be a bit of a gamble some days. At L & L Builders, we deal with a lot of blueprints and site visits. Construction isn't always pretty. There's mud, delayed deliveries, and sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, especially during the monsoons here in Salcete. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking on how the cement is pouring. It’s a busy life. We started this because we knew how to put things together and figured we could make a go of it ourselves. You won't find us in fancy suits most of the time; we're usually covered in a bit of dust from whatever project is active. We’ve worked on various spots around town. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we have to fix a mistake from a subcontractor, but we handle it. It's just how the building trade works. We stay in our office near the district headquarters to keep the paperwork moving while the actual work happens out on the lots. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the guys have what they need to keep moving. We’re just local people building for other local people. It's tough work but it's what we know how to do best.
