Delphi Automotive System Gurgaon

Our location is a bit far out compared to most offices. We are up in Naugaon, Uttarkashi, right near the Block Office. If you know the Uttarakhand hills, you know how quiet and peaceful it can be up here. It’s a far cry from the noise of Gurgaon, even though that’s part of our name. We are basically working out of a small building in a rural area. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, especially in the winter or during the monsoon when the roads get tricky. Our office is very simple. We don't have air conditioning because the mountain air is usually enough, though we do have some heaters for the cold months. Being near the Block Office means we see a lot of local people coming and going for their own work. There aren't many big shops around, so we usually just get what we need from the local market. It’s a very slow pace of life here. We don't have the fancy internet speeds or the high-tech setups you find in the cities, but we make do with what we have. It’s just a small group of us working in the mountains. We spend our days getting through our tasks and enjoying the view when we step outside for a break. It’s a very honest, humble place to work without any of the usual city stress or corporate pressure.
