Thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel India Limited

We are located at Flat No 9 in the Komal Apartment building. It’s over in Swami Vivekanand Nagar, right off Jai Bhawani Road in the Nasik Road area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes since we are in an apartment, but we make it work for our operations. Most of the work involves coordinating the electrical steel supplies and keeping the paperwork straight. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze while we work through the pile of documents on the desks. It gets pretty busy around here during the mid-day rush. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. People who need us usually know where to find us. Sometimes the lift in the building is temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just worry about getting the next shipment out on time. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a bit of a different vibe than a factory, more like a busy home office. We've been here for a while and the routine is pretty well set. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
