Site Supevioser

I’m based at 6, Sai Krupa in Tilak Nagar, over in Ozar, Nasik. My title is Site Supevioser, and even if the spelling on the sign is a bit off sometimes, the work gets done right. Nasik has a lot of new houses going up, especially near the Mig area, and I’m usually right in the middle of it. I spend my mornings checking the inventory. If we run out of sand, the whole day is ruined, so I have to stay on top of that. I walk around the sites and talk to the guys doing the heavy lifting. I’m not the type to wear a suit; I’m usually in old clothes because of all the cement dust. It’s a noisy job with all the mixing machines and hammers going, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. I don't have a big corporate philosophy. My only goal is to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't sag. I deal with the local guys and we just try to get through the work list every day. If the weather is bad, we wait it out. If a truck gets stuck, we dig it out. It’s just practical, everyday work. People in Tilak Nagar know they can find me at the site if they have a question. I just keep things simple and keep the workers focused on the task at hand.
