Shree Buildcon & Associates. Nasik

Shree Buildcon & Associates is based right here in Nasik. Our office is in Flat No. 10 at Pokar Sankul, which is over in Sai Nagar near the RTO corner in the Meri area. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. We are a small group of people who focus on building and construction projects around town. Most of our work involves houses or small apartment blocks. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet with clients. Sometimes the meetings go long because there is a lot to talk about when you are building something from the ground up. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the bricklayers and plumbers are doing what they are supposed to do. Nasik is growing fast, and there are always new buildings going up. We try to keep our projects simple and make sure they are done right. It’s a lot of stress sometimes, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate or prices for materials go up suddenly. We just take it day by day. If you want to talk about a project, you can usually find someone at the office in the afternoons. There’s usually some tea going and plenty of blueprints spread out on the table. It’s a simple setup but it works.
