Our place is in the Vitthal Mandir Ward, right near the temple itself in Bhusawal. It’s a quiet part of town compared to the main roads, and the sound of the temple bells is something we hear every day. Shivam Paints Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all the paint stuff for the local area. We’ve got cans of all sorts and mixing tools scattered around. It’s a bit of a messy business, to be honest. You can’t really work with paint and keep everything perfectly clean. Our clothes usually have a few spots on them by the end of the shift. We spend our time figuring out colors and getting orders ready for people in Jalgaon district. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving buckets around. We aren't a big factory with robots; it’s just us doing the work by hand. People from the neighborhood stop by often, sometimes just to say hello or ask what color would look good on their front door. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just know our paints and we know how to mix them properly. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the weather or truck issues, but we do what we can. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been here in Bhusawal for a long time and everyone knows where the paint shop is.
