Samir Constructions

We are Samir Constructions, and you can find us at number 8, Vasturang in the Shahunagar area of Nashik Road. We have been working out of this office for years. Nashik is our home, and we like building things for the people who live here. Our address on Motwaniraod is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of departments. It is mostly just us handling the labor, the materials, and the planning all at once. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with sacks of samples or new tools we’ve just bought. We do everything from small repairs to full house builds. It’s a tough job and your back usually hurts by the end of the week, but there is something nice about seeing a finished wall that you put up yourself. We don’t have a marketing guy or a glossy brochure. We just talk to people and show them what we’ve done before. Sometimes things go a bit slower than we planned because of the rain or a late delivery from the suppliers, but we always get it done in the end. We are just regular people making a living in the construction trade. If you’re around Shahunagar, you might see our truck parked outside or hear us talking about cement and bricks.
