Rao Associates Civil Contractors

We are based in Nashik, specifically in the Savitri Apartment building in Pendharkar Colony. Our office is at number 6, right on Jail Road. It is a pretty well-known area in this part of the city. Since the office is in an apartment, it feels much more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants and take our tea breaks when the weather is nice. As civil contractors, most of our team is hardly ever in the office. They are usually out at construction sites across the city or even in the surrounding villages. When we do all get together, it is usually to go over new blueprints or to handle the monthly billing. The office is usually a bit of a mess, with rolls of paper, samples of bricks or tiles, and old boots tucked under the desks. We have a couple of computers that are always running and a printer that seems to have a mind of its own. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy sign on the door. If someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just lets them in. We like keeping things simple and direct. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays fairly quiet during the work day. We have been here for years, and it is a good spot for us to organize everything.
