Raja Housing Group

Raja Housing Group is based over in Nashik, specifically at the Gavlankar Chawl near the pumping station on Gangapur Road. It’s a decent area, though it can get noisy with all the trucks and people moving around. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a functional space where we keep our maps and site plans. Working in housing in Nashik is interesting because the city is growing so fast. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to find a place to live or build something new. We’ve been here long enough to know the local roads like the back of our hands. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s just us, the owners and a couple of staff members who handle the day-to-day stuff. We deal with the municipal office, talk to the contractors, and make sure the bricks show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaks or a wall isn’t right, and we have to go out and fix it ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We like being near the pumping station because it’s an easy landmark for people to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one here in our own town. That’s enough for us.
