Prakash Constrowell

You’ll find Prakash Constrowell over at Devpuja Apartment, specifically at number 14. We are right opposite the R.T.O. on Peth Road in the Panchavati area of Nashik. Being near the R.T.O. means there is always something happening outside, with plenty of people and vehicles moving around all day long. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate space. We’ve been operating out of Nashik for quite a while now. The space inside is filled with desks, some old cupboards for our project files, and the usual office stuff. We don't have any fancy decorations or a mission statement on the wall. We just come in, do the construction planning, and head out to the sites when needed. The traffic on Peth Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but the location is great because everyone in Panchavati knows where the R.T.O. is. We usually have people dropping by for quick meetings or to check on the progress of their work. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don’t try to act like we’re a giant company; we’re just local people working on local building projects. Most of us have lived in Nashik our whole lives, so we feel right at home in this busy part of the city.
