We have a presence out in the Niphad Taluka at Bramhangaon, which some people call Vanasgaon. This is one of our Nashik district locations, managed by Shinde Rakesh Balasaheb. It’s quite different from our city offices because it’s much closer to the actual rural areas where we sometimes have work. The setting is very straightforward and reflects the local surroundings of the village. We don't have a big glass building here; it’s more of a local branch where we can stay in touch with what’s happening in the Niphad area. Most of the work here involves keeping an eye on local developments and staying connected with the community. It’s a quiet place, mostly surrounded by farmland and local houses. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big marketing budget for this spot. It is just a practical base for us to operate from. Sometimes we meet with local workers or check on the progress of nearby sites. The pace of life in Bramhangaon is a bit slower than in the middle of Nashik city, and we like it that way. It allows us to focus on the details without all the noise of the traffic. We’ve been working in this district for a long time and having a spot in Niphad just makes sense for the way we do things.
