Peninsula Land Ltd Mumbai actually has a presence in Nashik too. Our office here is at 6, Padmavati Complex. We are situated right behind the Gurudwara in the Vidya Vihar Colony on Nashikroad. This is a very recognizable part of Nashik. The Gurudwara is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that first. We have been in this complex for a few years and it is a solid place to work. Being in Maharashtra India, specifically in a growing city like Nashik, keeps us on our toes. The Vidya Vihar Colony is a nice area, and having the office at Padmavati Complex works out well for us. It is a simple office on Nashikroad where we manage our tasks. There is nothing fancy about the inside; we just have what we need to get through the workday. The area can get busy because of the nearby colony and the religious site, but that just adds to the character of the place. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or have a polished look. We are just a group of people working together in a regular office. Sometimes we have tea from the stall nearby and watch the traffic go by. It is an honest living and a practical space for our team to operate out of day after day. We enjoy the local atmosphere here on Nashikroad and the friendly people we meet.
