Parijat Construction, Nasik

We work out of Bungalow Number 90 in the Ashapura Housing Society, right across from Nishant Village in Panchavati. It’s a different vibe from the busy market areas of Nasik. Being in a housing society means it’s a bit quieter, which helps when we need to focus on plans and numbers. We are Parijat Construction, and this bungalow is where all the planning happens before we head out to our various sites. Dhatrak Phata is a well-known landmark around here, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We don’t have a flashy commercial office with glass walls. It’s a more personal setup, which suits the way we work. We spend our mornings checking messages and our afternoons out in the dust and sun. Nasik is a great place to be based, with the climate and the way the city is expanding toward Panchavati. We see a lot of new projects coming up around us. Our days are filled with phone calls to contractors and making sure we have enough sand and steel for the next day. It’s a practical life, grounded in the reality of building things from the ground up. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a reliable one that knows its way around a blueprint and a building site. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple so everything moves along at a steady pace.
