We are based out of Rasalpur, which is a small place in the Raver area of Jalgaon. It’s a lot different from the big cities like Mumbai. Most of our work involves managing projects around this district. Our office is just a simple building in the village. We don't have a big corporate staff with specialized roles. It’s just a handful of us who know how to get things done on the ground. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk all day. In Rasalpur, everyone knows everyone, so we don't need to advertise much. People just know who to call when they have a project that needs managing. It gets very hot here in the summer, so we start our days very early to beat the heat. We don't use much fancy software or complicated systems for our work. We rely on our experience and knowing the local workers and suppliers personally. It’s practical work. We deal with the delays, the weather, and the materials every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the projects we take on get finished properly.
