Nirman Group

We are based in Goregaon West, specifically in Bangur Nagar. Our place is called Ganpati Niwas, at N-8-8. Mumbai is always loud and fast, but our little corner here stays pretty grounded. We have been in this building for quite some time. It is not one of those glass towers you see in the city. It is just a regular building where we do our work as Nirman Group. Most of us take the train or a rickshaw to get here every morning. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have some old files piled up and a few computers that have seen better days. But they get the job done. Working in Mumbai 400 090 means we are right in the middle of everything. There is always a lot of noise outside, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a big conference room. Usually, we just sit around the main table and figure things out. It is practical. People in the neighborhood know us. We are just part of the local fabric here in Bangur Nagar. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We prefer to focus on the tasks at hand rather than worrying about how the office looks. It is just an honest place to work. We try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit messy sometimes. That is just how life is here. Most days we are just happy the electricity stays on.
