If you head out towards Sinnar, you'll find us in Vadzire. It's not a place many people stumble upon by accident, but we like it that way. The land around here is mostly open, and the air feels different than it does in the main city of Nashik. We’ve been set up here for some time, just doing our thing day in and day out. Being in a village area like Vadzire means everyone knows who you are. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few local folks who know the area well. The pace of life is slower here, which suits us just fine. Sometimes the road gets a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage to get around. We mostly deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s not like those big companies in the industrial zones with their uniforms and schedules. We work when there’s work to be done and take a break when things get quiet. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when the sun is too much in the afternoon. Most of our tools are old but they still work perfectly well for what we need. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in the Taluka is enough to keep us going. It's a decent way to earn a living without all the stress of the city. We grow some vegetables in the patch behind the building too, just for our own lunches.
