M/S Thakkers Developers Limited Nasik

So, we have this small setup in Kalyan East, right at the Chakki Naka area. It’s Room Number 1 in Building A of the Vishal Housing Complex, inside the Swami Vivekanand Arcade. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it, but D.T. Patil’s name is there too. We handle things for Thakkers Developers Limited from this spot. Even though the name says Nasik, this office here in Kalyan is where a lot of our local coordination happens. It’s a standard office space, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the files that come in from the main sites. The arcade gets a bit noisy during the day with all the shops and people moving around, but we are used to it by now. It’s a practical location for us. We deal with whatever comes across our desks and try to stay organized, though some days are messier than others. We don’t really do big meetings here; it’s more for the paperwork and keeping track of the development stuff. It’s a small team, and we know each other well. Just a bunch of regular people trying to keep the projects moving. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Just a room where the work happens day in and day out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We just get through the pile of documents every day.
