Micrometals Technology

Micrometals Technology is situated at 421B, right off the Mumbai Nasik Highway in Padali Deshmukh. It’s out in the Igatpuri taluka, which is a bit of a drive but the air is clearer out here than in the middle of the city. We’ve got a decent amount of space to work with, which is lucky because we need it for the equipment. Being on the highway makes it easy for transport, though sometimes the monsoon rains make the drive a bit of a challenge. We started out here because it made sense for the type of work we do. It's a hands-on kind of environment. Most of us here have grease on our hands by noon, and that’s just how it goes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with a water feature. It’s a workshop and an office combined into one. We deal with metals and tech stuff, but we talk about it in plain English. We’ve had some of the same people working here since we opened up. We know the local roads and the best places to grab a quick lunch nearby. It’s a quiet area once you get away from the highway noise. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the machines are running. It's a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We stay busy and don't really worry about being the biggest name out there in the market.
