We are over at J/72, 12 Bunglow on the Aurangabad Road in Nandgaon. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. We work on various development projects around Nashik. Most of our days are spent looking at plots of land or talking to builders. The office has a few old desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to get things built right. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Nandgaon area over the last few years. More people are moving in, and more houses are going up. It keeps us busy. Sometimes the paperwork with the local authorities takes forever, but you just have to wait it out. We don’t do big ads. Usually, people just drop by the office if they want to talk. We have a lot of local knowledge because we’ve lived and worked here for a long time. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we keep at it. Dealing with cement, bricks, and labor is what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to do honest work. We drink our tea, handle the calls, and go out to the sites when we need to check on things. It’s a decent living and we are glad to be part of the neighborhood here. We stay busy with the tools and the land.
