We’ve been working out of Ozar Township for a while now. Nitin Suresh Pagare runs things from here at Type 3 B 204. It’s a quiet spot in the Niad taluka, right in the Nashik district. Most of what we do involves handling the local electrical needs and making sure the lights stay on for everyone around here. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather gets rough or things break down unexpectedly, but we stay busy. People know where to find us if there’s a problem with their connection. The office is basically just a regular place in the township where we keep our papers and take calls. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big signs out front. It is mostly just about getting the daily tasks done and keeping track of the meters. Living and working in the same area means we see the same people every day. Sometimes we have to head out to the further parts of the district, which takes up a lot of the afternoon. The roads around Nashik can be a bit slow. We try to keep up with the maintenance schedules as much as possible. It is a lot of paperwork and physical work combined. We’ve been here long enough that the routine feels normal now. It’s just us doing what needs to be done for the local grid. No big stories, just the usual work.
