Our Nashik office is tucked away in a place you might not expect for a steel business. We are over at Villa Number 8 in Hamelia Garden. It’s located on Gangapur Road, which is a pretty well-known part of town. If you’re coming this way, look for the area behind the air station, near Anand Nagar. Working out of a villa makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We handle the downstream side of the steel work here. It gets quite busy with people coming in to talk about project details. Mr. R. D. Ghule is the one we share the space with. The garden outside is nice, though we don't spend much time out there when the sun is beating down. Nashik has a good rhythm to it, and we've settled in well on this side of the city. We don't have big signs everywhere or a fancy lobby. It's mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by files and calendars. Sometimes the traffic on Gangapur Road makes it hard to get out for lunch, so we usually just bring something from home. It’s a simple, honest way to run this part of the business. We focus on getting the details right for every order that comes through our hands without any extra fluff or corporate talk. Often, the day ends with us just finishing up some last-minute emails before locking up the gate for the night and heading home to our families.
