Jindal Poly Films,Nasik

Even though the name says Jindal Poly Films, Nasik, we are actually located over at 65, Kabir Marg in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. It might seem a bit confusing to some people, but this is where we do our day-to-day work. Dhar is a bit quieter than some of the big industrial hubs, and Kabir Marg is a pretty standard street. Our building is functional and straightforward. We work with poly films, which means we spend a lot of time looking at plastic rolls and checking technical specs. The office is usually humming with the sound of the air conditioning or the street noise outside. We’ve got a small team here and most of us have been around for quite a few years. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows whose turn it is to get the snacks in the afternoon. We don’t have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We just eat at our desks or go to a small stall nearby. The work involves a lot of coordination with the main plants and making sure the films get shipped out to the right people. We don't really do big meetings or presentations. We just check the inventory, answer the emails, and talk to the drivers. It’s basic, honest work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather is too humid, but that’s just how it is. We’re just here to get the jobs done and go home.
