You can find Havells India Ltd over in Vidya Vihar Colony on Nashik Road. The easiest way to explain where we are is that we are right behind the Gurudwara in Nashik. It is a nice, peaceful landmark to have nearby. Sometimes you can hear the chanting, which is quite calming while we are staring at our computer screens. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it is just us working away. Nashik is a bit cooler than other places, but we still have our days where the sun is unforgiving. We’ve got a small corner for making tea, and that’s usually where most of the office gossip happens. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because we get a lot of foot traffic. We don’t have a massive sign outside, just enough for people to know they are in the right place. Most of the time, we are just busy with the day-to-day grind of managing the inventory and talking to folks. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just prefer to get the tasks finished so we can beat the evening traffic on Nashik Road. It is a simple life here, and we like the routine of it. There’s no pressure to look like a high-end firm, just a practical office where the work gets done. It suits the way we like to operate.
