You can find us at Flat No-18 in Wing-B of the Krishna Residency, over in the P&T Colony in Nasik. It’s actually a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Drilbits International Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while now. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. We don’t have a big lobby or a flashy sign out front. You just come up to the flat and knock on the door. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. There are computers on the tables and boxes of files stacked up in the corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to suppliers. Since we’re in a residency, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise or cause a scene. We like the vibe here in Nasik; it’s a good place to live and work. We don’t really do formal meetings with slides and all that. We just gather around a desk and talk. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we run out of milk for tea, but we get by. It’s a simple operation run by people who just want to do their jobs well and keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just us working out of a flat in Wing-B. The balcony has a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes.
