Out here in Vadalibhoi, in the Chandwad area, things are a bit slower than in the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Yugandhar Empower Private Limited is based at Nashir 398. It is more of a rural setting, which we actually prefer for our daily life. You do not get the constant honking of cars or the heavy smog here. The air is a bit clearer and the mornings are peaceful. We work out of a space that is pretty straightforward—it has just what we need and nothing extra. We focus on empowering people through various programs, mostly helping out with local needs. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to meet people because we are out in the taluka and things are spread out. The office is a place where we gather to plan our week and talk things through. We have a big old wooden table where most of the work happens. It is not a high-tech hub, but we have our computers and a decent internet connection when the weather behaves. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a very practical and grounded way of living and working. People around here know us by name, so we do not need a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to make things go smoothly.
