Waghulde Hospital

Waghulde Hospital is located on Pakhal Road, right in the Dwarka area of Nashik. Most people know we are near the Sagar Samrat Sweet Mart, which is a very popular spot for locals to grab snacks. Being near such a busy landmark means there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. The hospital itself is a place where we just try to keep things moving steadily. It is not one of those big, shiny private hospitals you see in the movies. It is a practical building with white walls and a lot of activity in the hallways. I spend a lot of time walking between the different sections, making sure the patients are settled and the staff has what they need. Pakhal Road can get quite congested, so we are used to the sound of horns and engines. Inside, we try to keep things as quiet as possible, though that is hard when it gets busy. We don't use fancy advertisements or big slogans to get people to come here. They usually come because they live in the Dwarka area or someone they know told them we were here. It is a lot of hard work, especially during the night shifts when things feel different and quieter. We just take it one day at a time and try to handle the challenges that come with running a hospital in a busy city like Nashik. It isn't always easy, but it is our daily life.
