You can find Vitthai Tours & Travels over at N-31/H/2/2/4 in the Datta Chowk area of New Nashik. We are quite close to Gupta Palace, which most people around here use as a landmark. New Nashik is a bit more spread out than the old city, but our corner at Datta Chowk stays pretty active. The office is a simple setup on the ground floor. We have some chairs for customers and a couple of desks where we handle all the booking details. It’s mostly family-run, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a logbook or a laptop. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes longer tours when people want to head out of the city for a break. Every morning starts with checking the vehicles and making sure the drivers are ready to go. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day. Things don't always go perfectly—sometimes a tire goes flat or a road is closed—but we just deal with it as it happens. We like being part of the New Nashik community. It’s a good place to live and work, and we’ve built some good relationships with the people who live in the surrounding blocks. We keep it simple and try to be honest about timing for every trip.
