Our office is over at Row House No. 42 in Samrudha Nagar. If you know the Trimbak Road area in Satpur, you’ve probably passed by us. Vastu Shilp Grih Nirmiti Pvt. Ltd is a small team. We don't have a huge skyscraper or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a regular row house where we get our work done. Nashik is a good place to be, and Satpur has its own pace. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their homes and how they want things built. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some drawing done. We've been at this for a bit now. It’s not always easy, dealing with supplies and labor, but we get through the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the projects we take on here in 422012. You'll usually find one of us drinking coffee and looking at site plans late into the evening. That’s the reality of a local business like ours. We know the streets around here well. Trimbak Road is always busy, but our little corner in Samrudha Nagar stays grounded. We just keep moving forward, one brick at a time, making sure things are solid. It’s plain and simple work for plain and simple people who just want a roof over their heads without too much drama.
