Our construction company is located right on Takali Road in the Upanagar area of Nasik. We've been operating out of this part of Maharashtra for years. The office is usually dusty because of all the boots coming in and out from different sites. It’s not a clean, white-walled place; it looks like people actually work there. V Kritech is basically just a group of us who know our way around a building site. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to suppliers about when the gravel is going to show up. Nasik is growing fast, so there’s always something happening on Takali Road. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a blueprint or drinking tea while we wait for a truck. We’ve had some tough times where projects got delayed because of the rain or lack of materials, but we just keep pushing through. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t claim to be anything we aren't. We just take on jobs, try to finish them, and move on to the next one. It’s a straightforward way to live. Being based in Upanagar makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city quickly and get our crews where they need to go.
