V Industries(Kisaan Polysacks)

V Industries, which most people around here know as Kisaan Polysacks, is located in Vanarse Galli. We are at the Post-Chandori in Tal-Niphad, which is a bit of a drive out. The facility is large because we need the space for all the sacks we handle. It smells like plastic and woven fabric inside, a scent we’ve all grown accustomed to over the years. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoons, making it pretty warm, so we keep the big side doors open for whatever air we can get. We don't have an HR department or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s mostly just a group of local people from the village and nearby areas doing the daily labor. You’ll see piles of polysacks stacked high near the loading docks waiting for the tractors or trucks to arrive. The machinery makes a rhythmic clicking sound that you can hear even from the street outside. We spend a lot of time checking the weaves and making sure the bundles are tied tight. It is physical work, and our hands are usually a bit rough by the end of the shift. We don’t do much fancy talk here. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves with whatever tools are handy. The rhythm of the work follows the seasons of the farms nearby. When it’s harvest time, things get much busier around the yard.
