Starting at Divya Apt in Kate Nagar, it’s been quite a journey for us. Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our days, dealing with heavy stuff. Kate Lane in Dwarka is usually busy, and our office at No. 1 is right in the middle of it. We deal with construction gear, the big machines you see on sites. It’s not fancy work at all. Mostly we are checking orders or talking to site managers about what equipment they need for their next job. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's just us looking at the inventory. We’ve been here a while now. People know us in Dwarka as a place where they can find a mixer or a crane part when needed. The office is small but it works for us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the machines get where they are supposed to go. It gets dusty, and there’s always grease on something. That is just how it is with construction equipment. We try to keep things simple. If a machine breaks down on a site, it’s a big problem for everyone, so we stay focused on getting things moving. It's just a regular business day here at Divya Apt, nothing too complicated, just hard work and lots of heavy metal lying around.
