We are located over in Ashwini Nagar, right by the Ambad Police Station. You can find us in the Vrishubh Apartment building on Stadium Road. It is a pretty recognizable spot for anyone living in this part of town. We’ve been operating Unikorn Coatings from here, dealing with various types of coating work that comes our way. It’s a bit of a mix of office work and handling the technical side of things. The neighborhood is fairly active, and having the police station so close makes it easy to give people directions. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We just have our space here where we manage the orders and talk to our suppliers. Sometimes the traffic on Stadium Road gets a bit backed up, especially during the peak hours, but we are usually here late anyway. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know the business inside out. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We’d rather just talk through what needs to be done and see if we can help. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or looking at samples. It’s practical work. We’ve built up some good relationships with the locals over the years. It feels like a community here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand, making sure the coatings we supply are what people actually asked for.
