Our office is located at Bitco Point on Nashik Road. We are in the Regimental Plaza building, shop number S-22. It’s a well-known spot so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We work in the petroleum sector. It’s not a clean or quiet job. There is a lot of coordination with tankers and suppliers. The office is very basic. We have some metal cupboards for all the permits and invoices. The road outside is always loud with trucks and buses. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a calendar and some maps. We aren't a big oil giant. We are just a private company handling the local distribution and paperwork. We spend most of our day on the telephone or checking schedules. We don't have any promotional speeches. We just focus on getting the fuel to where it needs to go on time. It’s a lot of responsibility because people depend on it. We drink a lot of tea to stay alert. Sometimes we have to stay late if a shipment is delayed. We don't mind because it’s our business. We aren't trying to look professional or corporate. We just wear our regular clothes and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical, straightforward life here in Nashik. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the ropes of the trade.
