We've been working out of Flat No 5 in Preeti Appt for a while now. It's right there at Shriram Chowk, just opposite the Gajanan Classes in Rajivnagar. People usually find us by looking for the classes first. Even though our name mentions Mumbai, this Nasik spot is where we handle the day-to-day structural and engineering stuff. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the drawings and calculations done. Usually, you’ll find one of us shuffling through papers or checking site reports. We started doing this because we like the technical side of building things. It gets loud outside with the traffic from the chowk, but we don't mind much. Most of the local guys know where we are if they need to drop off plans. We've stayed in this flat for a long time because it works for us. It’s close to everything we need in Nasik. We try to keep things straightforward here. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in the city center. We just focus on the engineering work and keep the files organized as best as we can. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying heavy rolls of blueprints. But it’s home for the business. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the chowk, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We didn't want a big glass office in the city because this feels more real. We have a lot of binders filled with old projects that we keep on the metal shelves in the back.
