Tulsi Industries

Tulsi Industries is out in Kamatwade, right at Plot No C 19/1. If you know where Mauli Lawns is in Ambad, we are pretty close to that. This part of Dgp Nagar 2 is mostly industrial, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. It’s not a quiet neighborhood. We spend our days on the floor, making sure the production is running. It gets oily and loud, but that is just the nature of what we do. We have a small office space, but we are rarely in there unless we are doing the accounts. Most of the time, we are out back. The heat in Ambad can be quite intense during the summer months, especially inside a metal building. We try to keep the fans going, but it only does so much. We’ve been at this location for a while. Our neighbors are other small factories, so we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost trying to find our specific plot, so we have to go out to the main road to wave them in. It’s not a polished operation with uniforms and manuals. We just know our machines and we know how to get the work done. It’s tired work, but it’s what we know. We close up when the light starts to fade, and then we head home to rest for the next shift.
