Training And Development

Our place is over on Guru Bastti, right near the Arterlri Center Road in Nashik. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement every day. We spend our time working on training programs for the people who come through our doors. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for the desks and some space for the sessions we run. Nasike Road is always humming with traffic, so we hear the horns and the buses all the time. We focus on development stuff, teaching skills that help folks get by in their jobs. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the place is packed. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. The address is easy to find if you know where the Arterlri Center is. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors recognize us now. We handle a lot of paperwork and scheduling. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we lose track of time when a particularly long class is going on. We don't go in for fancy decor or anything like that. It's just chairs, tables, and whatever equipment we need for the day's lessons. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going, it's a constant chore.
