Tractor Engineers Ltd. is located out at the Upper Pravara Dam Irrigation Colony. It is in the Sangmner Taluka area, specifically the At/Post section of the colony. Being near the dam and the irrigation colony means we are surrounded by a lot of water infrastructure and open space, which feels appropriate for a company called Tractor Engineers Ltd. It is a bit of a drive to get out here compared to being in the middle of a big city, but the environment is quite steady. The colony itself has its own pace, mostly tied to the dam and the local irrigation needs. We work from our facility here, focusing on the engineering side of things. The air is a bit different out here in Sangmner than it is in the industrial hubs. We have our workshop and office spaces set up to handle the technical requirements of our engineering projects. Most of the people around here are either involved with the dam or the agricultural work that depends on it. We fit into that landscape quite naturally.
