Down at Gyan Baug on Motwane Road, you’ll find our place. The Motwane Manufacturing Co.Pvt.Ltd. has a long history in Nasik Road, and we’ve stayed in this same spot for decades. The building is older, with thick walls that keep it a bit cooler during the hot Nashik summers. It feels like a piece of history sometimes, especially when you look at some of the older equipment we still keep around. We are in the West part of Nashik, which is a bit more settled than the newer industrial zones. Our daily routine is pretty predictable. We come in, check what needs to be manufactured, and get the machines running. It’s a mix of old-school methods and some newer stuff we’ve brought in over time. The gardens around Gyan Baug are nice, though they need a lot of watering. It gives us a bit of a view other than just metal and wires. We are a bunch of people who just like to build things that last. We aren't interested in fancy slogans or big marketing pushes. Most of our customers have known us for years anyway. The office is usually cluttered with manuals and spare parts, but that’s just how we work. It’s a comfortable place to be, even if it’s a bit messy at times. We take things one day at a time and just try to stay consistent with what we make. It’s been working for us for a long time.
