The Motwane Manufacturing Co Pvt Ltd is located over in Gyan Baug, right on Motwane Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Datta Mandir Signal on Nashik Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. The building itself has been here for a long time and has a lot of history to it. We spend our days handling manufacturing tasks and managing the paperwork that comes with it. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of steady work and people talking over the hum of the equipment. We don’t really do anything flashy here. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so everyone knows their way around the place. During lunch, people usually head out towards the signal to grab a bite or just walk around. The weather in Nashik can be nice, but the workshop gets a bit stuffy during the summer months. We keep the windows open when we can to catch a breeze. Our main focus is just getting the orders filled and making sure the parts are sorted correctly before they leave the gate. There is always some maintenance work to do on the older parts of the factory. It’s a solid place to work and we just keep things moving along as best as we can. The location makes it easy for the trucks to get onto the main road once they clear the signal.
