We are Thakkers Developers Ltd. and you can find us in Nashik at 248, Boraste Wada. We’re tucked into Fawade Lane, which is just off M.G. Road. It’s a well-known area in the 422001 zip code. Even though we are a listed construction company, our office doesn't feel like some sterile corporate environment. It’s got more of a local, lived-in feel to it. Being on M.G. Road means we are right in the middle of things, which is handy for all the different projects we manage around town. Construction is a messy, complicated business, so we like having a base that feels solid and straightforward. There’s usually a lot of blueprints and paperwork scattered around the desks. We’ve been in Nashik for a long time and have seen how the city has expanded. Boraste Wada has its own history, and we’re glad to be working out of there. People come in to talk about buildings or check on how things are progressing. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just tell people how it is and what the timeline looks like. It’s about getting the work done on the ground. Our staff has been with us through plenty of different jobs. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just keep building and moving on to the next site.
