We have been at Plot No. 35 in Gajanan Colony for quite some time now. It is right on Makhamalabad Road in the Panchvati area. People usually stop by when they need something quick for a birthday or a small family gathering. We keep the shelves stocked with all sorts of items, from small trinkets to bigger decorative pieces. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a lot of people come in at once, but we manage. My family helps out with the daily tasks. We spend most of our mornings unpacking boxes and checking what needs to be put out on display. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. We know most of the people who live nearby because they have been coming to us for years. It is a simple setup, nothing fancy. We just try to have enough variety so that anyone walking in finds something they like. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, which is a bit of a hassle. We don't have a big website or anything, just the shop here. If you are ever near the colony, you can see our sign from the road. Most of our day is spent chatting with regulars and making sure the items are priced correctly. It's a lot of work keeping everything organized. We don't really have a staff, just us family members taking turns behind the counter throughout the day.
