Taparia Tools Limited

We are located over at No.52 in the MIDC area of Satpur. It’s a huge industrial zone, so there are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. Taparia Tools Limited is just one of the many buildings along the road, but we’ve been here for a long time. The shift starts early for most of the staff, and you can see people arriving on their bikes as the sun comes up. It’s a busy environment with a lot of moving parts. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing even though the name sounds official. On the inside, it’s just a bunch of people working hard with metal. The air smells like cold steel and sometimes the heat from the forge area gets intense. We have our routines, like the tea break in the afternoon that everyone looks forward to. My office is small and usually has stacks of invoices that I need to get through. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the production floor. People know our name because we’ve been around forever, not because we have flashy ads. It gets quite dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the MIDC, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just want to make sure the tools are ready when they need to be. No fancy stuff, just hard work.
