Swaroni Agrotech is located right in Nashik. Our office is in the Anusaya Building, specifically Flat No. 3. It is in the Datta Nagar area of Panchvati. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time dealing with agricultural technology, which sounds more complicated than it really is on a day-to-day basis. Mostly, it’s about figuring out what works for the local land and what doesn’t. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us in a regular flat, trying to get things right. The office is often filled with the smell of tea and the sound of the ceiling fan. It's not a polished corporate environment, and we like it that way. We have stacks of papers and folders everywhere because there is always something to keep track of. Nashik is such a big hub for farming that there is always something going on. We try to keep our ears to the ground. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment being late or the power going out, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors in the building. It’s a good spot for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
