You can find us at the Star Zone Building, right on the Nashik-Pune Highway. We are in Office No S-2, which is on the 4th floor of the E A Wing. Being on the highway is pretty convenient for travel, though the noise from the trucks can be a lot if the windows are open. Svaar Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working through various process problems and solutions. The building is fairly modern, but our office is pretty lived-in. We have boxes of components and folders scattered around most of the time. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. We focus more on the technical side of things rather than how the office looks. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, which is nice when you need a break from staring at a screen. We have a small pantry for lunch breaks and usually, there is some music playing in the background to keep the energy up. We don't really have a front desk person, so if you come by, you might have to shout a hello to get someone's attention. We’re just regular people trying to run a solid business without all the corporate overhead and rules. It works for us, and we get a lot done in this space. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but that's just how it goes.
