Our place is located over at Plot No. 21 and 30 in the Satpur Midc area. It’s a pretty standard industrial layout here. We have been operating out of these two plots for a good number of years. Satpur is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the neighboring units and the traffic on the main road. We started small and just kept at it. The floor stays busy from morning until late evening. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most of us are in work clothes because things get dusty and greasy when you’re working with hardware. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We have some heavy equipment that needs constant looking after. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we deal with it. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure nothing sits around for too long. The people working here are a mix of young guys and some older folks who have seen it all. We have a small break area where we drink tea and talk about the cricket scores. It’s not a high-tech lounge, just a table and some chairs. We like the routine of it. Every day feels similar but there’s always a different problem to solve with a machine or a delivery. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. No need to overcomplicate things when the job is right there in front of you.
