Suprabha Constructions , Nashik

Our small office is at Laxman Villa, tucked away in Patil Lane Number 3, just off College Road in Nashik. It is a nice part of town, quite lively with all the college students and shops nearby. We handle construction work around the city. I am usually there every morning before heading out to check on our current projects. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just me and a small, dedicated crew. We focus on building houses and small commercial spots. Construction in Nashik has its own set of challenges, like getting the right labor or dealing with the heavy monsoon rains. I try to be on-site as much as possible because things can go sideways quickly if no one is watching the progress. My desk is usually covered in blueprints and permit papers. I do not go for all that fancy corporate talk. I just tell people what I can do and how much it will cost. I have lived in Nashik for a long time and I care about how these buildings turn out in the end. Sometimes I have to argue with suppliers when they bring the wrong grade of sand or gravel, but that is just part of the routine. We stay busy mostly through word of mouth from people who have seen our work. It is a plain and simple business, and that is how I like it.
