We are over at Plot G-26 in the MIDC area of Ambad, Nashik. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do our electrotech work. Nashik is a good place to be, a bit more relaxed than the chaos of Mumbai. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a functional space for assembly and testing. We have various testing units and benches where we work on electrical components. It’s a lot of technical work, but we don't treat it like it’s some high-tech secret. We’re just a small private company trying to do things properly. The floor is usually busy with people moving parts around or checking boxes. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to our customers directly. Sometimes we have a backlog of work and things get a bit hectic, but we usually manage to get through it. We take our breaks at the small canteen nearby. It’s a regular routine. We’ve been part of this MIDC community for a while now, and we know the other business owners on our street. We aren't trying to change the industry or anything big. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to make sure we don't make mistakes with the electronics we handle every day. It is just steady work for us.
