Starlite Components Limited is at 64-B in the MIDC Area of Satpur. Satpur is a major industrial part of Nashik. The MIDC area is well-planned, but it’s still very much a working zone. 64-B is a decent-sized plot. We have a factory building that’s been there for quite some time. We make various electronic and electrical components. The name Starlite has been on the gate for as long as I can remember. It’s a busy place. We have machines for winding and soldering. The workers are mostly from the surrounding areas of Nashik. It’s a steady environment. We don't have a lot of turnover. People tend to stay here.
